Its official giving not only helps others but returns  a substantial personal dividend. This is something we probably all knew intuitively but its been reconfirmed by a resent US study.

Well it not only makes you ‘feel good’, you know that warm inner glow, but apparently 68% of those surveye, of the 4,582 Americans surveyed, also thought it made them healthier.

The research recorded health benefits such as

  • improved sleep,
  • reduced anxiety,
  • better friendships and
  • stronger networks.

You couldn’t get a pill to do so much! So choose your dose of volunteering and begin to reap the benefits.
